
Now of course we would love if you could train with our mentors but the truth is that money isn’t required to get started or even get good enough to get hired. To be detailed you need to know the language Maya uses so you can talk to other Maya users to ask for help or to follow tutorials. If you get stuck and need help and have to ask, be detailed. The first advice is if you are going to learn, learn to solve problems and read the documentation… really!! Read through at least all the rigging documentation so you can understand the basic vocabulary of Maya.
